Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver Cakeshop products via Lalamove within Metro Manila for a fixed fee, under certain terms and conditions, for products that will fit in motorcycle’s delivery box.

For products that require the use of MPV (i.e., more than 1 piece 9”-round cake), fare will need to be quoted.

 

What are the terms and conditions?
Fixed fees:

P200 for deliveries to Quezon City and Novaliches
P250 for Marikina, Mandaluyong, Caloocan, Valenzuela, Navotas, Malabon
P300 for deliveries to Manila, Pasig, San Juan, Makati, Taguig

Fixed dispatching schedule
We avoid delivering our products during midday heat of the sun, to help ensure product quality. Please estimate delivery time between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours from dispatching.

Mondays to Saturdays, 7AM - 9AM and 4 PM - 6 PM
Sundays, 7 AM - 9 AM only (no afternoon dispatching)

Delivery fee
Must be settled with the total product cost, at least 48 hours before date product is needed, to confirm the order. (But if it’s an urgent order, feel free to message us directly, we always try to see if we can accommodate even with 1 day lead time :-) )


Product limitation
The following products cannot be delivered via motorcycle (we hope you understand – we’ve tried to do this in the past, but the product quality is compromised, so we’d rather not risk it anymore!)

Blueberry Cheesecake
As an option, we can allow delivery of above products using GrabCar booking, and payment for the GrabCar service will be COD, based on Grab's fare at time of delivery.

How do I order?
If interested to order anything for delivery, please provide the following information so we can quote you on the final amount for payment:

Name
Contact number
Email address or FB Messenger name
Complete order details – quantity, product/flavor + size
Special instructions or requests (if any)
Complete delivery address including landmarks
Exact date and time order is needed (please take note of our dispatching schedules above – no midday deliveries!)
Name and contact number of person to receive the product (if other than you)

Upon receiving complete order details, we will respond to you with the total quote so you can settle your payment. Once paid, please send us proof of payment thru:
